Dr. Iris DeJesus
BOARD MEMBER
Rev. De Jesus is ordained in the State of Florida through Revelation 3:20 Missionary Ministry and Biblical Teachings, where she is an active Minister and Chaplain, as well as a family counselor. She is a Registered Marriage and Family Intern with the State of Florida and a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy REDET and AETH. Rev. De Jesus is the Spiritual Director of Kairos International Prison Ministry, South Florida Chapter, and together with volunteers, provides clinical pastoral counseling to incarcerated women. Rev. De Jesus graduated with a Doctor of Christian Counseling from Faith Theological Seminary and Christian College. She also obtained a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Thomas University, located in Miami, Florida. She is the Executive Vice President of Revelation University and Pastoral Care Institute.
Dr. Lisandra Prieto-Gonzalez, Ed.D., LMHC

Educational Leader | Licensed Mental Health Counselor | Systems Architect for Student Success
Dr. Lisandra Prieto-Gonzalez, Ed.D., LMHC, is a transformational educational leader and licensed mental health counselor whose work integrates academic excellence, emotional wellness, and institutional innovation to strengthen communities at scale. With more than two decades of service in education and counseling, she has built sustainable systems that elevate student outcomes while reinforcing the essential role of family engagement in long-term success.
Dr. Prieto-Gonzalez earned her Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education, where she also completed her master’s in educational leadership. She holds a Master’s in School Counseling and a Mental Health Specialist certification from Nova Southeastern University. She began her academic journey at Florida International University, earning dual bachelor’s degrees in English Literature and Political Science.
Certified to teach, counsel, and lead in PreK–12 settings, Dr. Prieto-Gonzalez served for more than 17 years with Miami-Dade County Public Schools, where she worked across academic leadership, social-emotional learning, and crisis-intervention frameworks. Her work consistently focused on building protective systems for vulnerable youth and equipping families with the tools needed to navigate complex educational pathways.
Today, she serves as co-founder and board member of Dade Prep Academy, one of Florida’s largest voucher-funded private schools serving over 1,000 students annually. Under her executive oversight, Dade Prep has expanded into a comprehensive student-support ecosystem, offering credit-recovery programs, NCAA-aligned academic pathways, Cognia-accredited online and in-person instructional models, and integrated mental health services. Her leadership has positioned the school as a stabilizing force for at-risk students seeking structure, academic continuity, and hope.
In addition to her institutional leadership, Dr. Prieto-Gonzalez plays a strategic development role in OliveAI, an emerging global EdTech platform co-developed alongside her husband, Mr. Andy Prieto. Within OliveAI, she contributes clinical insight, student behavioral analytics frameworks, and family-engagement architecture to ensure the platform remains human-centered while technologically advanced. Her focus is on building digital systems that not only improve operational efficiency but also strengthen the emotional and psychological support surrounding students in diverse learning environments.
Her leadership contributions have received formal governmental acknowledgment at multiple levels. In 2025, Dr. Prieto-Gonzalez was included among recipients of the United States Capitol Lifetime Achievement recognition for sustained community service and national volunteer impact. She has also been honored with official commendations from the City of Paterson, New Jersey, and with legislative recognition from the Puerto Rico House of Representatives, both acknowledging her distinguished service in education, mental health advocacy, and youth development.
As a licensed mental health counselor, Dr. Prieto-Gonzalez remains deeply engaged in direct support of families facing crisis, trauma, behavioral challenges, and transitional life events. Her philosophy centers on serving the whole child — academically, emotionally, and socially — through evidence-based practice and compassionate leadership.
Recognized for her ability to unite policy, education, clinical care, and technology into cohesive systems of opportunity, Dr. Lisandra Prieto-Gonzalez continues to design environments where students can rebuild confidence, families can regain stability, and communities can thrive.
Dr. Narciso Montas
BOARD ADVISOR
Dr. Narciso Montas is the President and founder of several institutions, including Revelation 3:20 Missionary Ministry and Biblical Teachings, Revelation University, Pastoral Care Institute, and Dade Prep Academy. For more than 25 years, he has provided integrated faith-based Theological Instruction and Clinical Pastoral Counseling, serving communities across Florida, New York, New Jersey, Puerto Rico, Georgia, and beyond.
Dr. Montas earned his Doctor of Ministry degree from New York Theological Seminary, where he also served as liaison for the Spanish Cohort of the Ministerial Leadership Program. His efforts have built pathways for Hispanic leaders to access higher education and ministerial training.
Recognized with a Nomination for the Certificate of Congressional Recognition, Dr. Montas’s work has been honored by government agencies in Florida, New Jersey, Ohio, the Dominican Republic, and Latin America. His career reflects a commitment to education, community service, and faith-based leadership.
Andy Prieto
BOARD ADVISOR
Andy Prieto is a seasoned entrepreneur, lobbyist, and deal strategist with over 25 years of experience advising organizations across the education, media, and corporate partnership sectors. Through advisory roles, he focuses on value creation, organizational design, and public–private market alignment for high-growth, impact-driven enterprises.
Andy supported the founding and growth of Dade Prep Academy, contributing strategic insight to the development of scalable systems and innovative program frameworks. Among these initiatives is the HOPE Program, a zero-tuition graduation pathway that has helped more than 2,000 at-risk students earn accredited high school diplomas and transition to postsecondary opportunities. Dade Prep’s model has since become a recognized example within Florida’s expanding school-choice ecosystem.
In recognition of his leadership and community impact, Andy has received the United States Capitol Lifetime Achievement Award for sustained volunteer service and contributions to strengthening communities nationwide. He has also been honored with Municipal Certificates of Special Recognition from the City of Paterson, New Jersey, and formally recognized by the Puerto Rico House of Representatives through an official legislative motion commending his professional trajectory and commitment to education, humanitarian service, and youth development.
In 2026, Andy was awarded an honorary Doctorate in Humanities from Faith Theological Seminary & Christian College in recognition of his sustained service, mentorship, and community leadership.
Beyond education, Andy has advised and executed high-value branding and partnership initiatives in sports and entertainment, including national media projects such as Taming the Beast: The Untold Story of Mike Tyson. Through Promax Partners and related ventures, he has supported corporate collaborations, licensing strategies, and development initiatives influencing more than $140 million in aggregate enterprise value.
A U.S. Marine Corps veteran, Andy brings disciplined, risk-aware leadership and cross-sector relationships to his advisory work, consistently aligning mission-driven organizations with sustainable growth and long-term impact.
