Dade Prep Academy is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment for every student. If you witness or suspect misconduct, please report it. We take every report seriously.
In an emergency

Florida Abuse Hotline
For suspected child abuse, abandonment, or neglect, contact the Florida Abuse Hotline:

Florida law mandates that all school employees and agents report suspected misconduct by instructional staff or administrators that affects a student’s safety, health, or welfare. This includes inappropriate language, discrimination, substance use, physical aggression, and sexual misconduct.

For misconduct involving Dade Prep personnel, please contact the school administration directly:

Legally sufficient allegations are reported to the Florida Office of Professional Practices Services.
Legal protection
Good-faith reporters of suspected child abuse are immune from civil and criminal liability under Florida law (F.S. 39.203).
