Dr. Narciso H. Montas
D.MIN., BOARD MEMBER, REVELATION 3:20 GROUP
Dr. Narciso Hilario Montás is the President and founder of Revelation 3:20 Missionary Ministry and Biblical Teachings, Inc., Revelation University, Inc., Dade Prep Academy, Pastoral Care Institute, Inc., and in the past worked with organizations providing Mental Health Services through Membership Therapy Center. Although the Membership Therapy Center is closed, it served to help many who had problems of addiction and the MTC worked in collaboration with other rehabilitation centers to help those who suffered from chemical dependency. For more than 25 years, Dr. Montas has been providing integrated faith-based Theological Instruction and Clinical Pastoral Counseling to the community around Cutler Bay, Florida and has extended the services of the aforementioned institutions to other ministries and agencies through the State of Florida, New York, New Jersey, Puerto Rico, Georgia, and other cities. He was previously engaged setting up the instructional site in New Jersey to promote Pillar College’s BLEND Program which was originally implemented in Revelation University Florida main site, serving the Hispanic community seeking a higher education. Likewise, Dr. Montas has ventured in creating great working relationships with New York Theological Seminary (NYTS) where he has achieved his Doctor of Ministry degree in May of 2018. Dr. Montas worked with NYTS for almost 3 years serving as the liaison to give other ministries the opportunity to send their leaders to the Spanish Cohort of the Ministerial Leadership Program from which he has successfully graduated, so that they too can take full advantage of the academic, ministerial, and personal growth that NYTS provides to the Spanish speaking individuals and diverse society in which Revelation group serves. Dr. Montas has received a Nomination for the Certificate of Congressional Recognition for his dedication and outstanding invaluable service to our community as a successful Hispanic leader in South Florida, and from Paterson, New Jersey. His work is acknowledged by government agencies that include the City of Homestead (FL), Miami-Dade County (FL), New Jersey, Ohio, Dominican Republic, and Latin America, including Brazil.
Andy Prieto
BOARD MEMBER, SCHOOL CHOICE ASSOCIATION
Mr. Prieto has built strategic partnerships for corporate clients, government, and education sectors. His pioneering in branding and sports entertainment has influenced projects such as ‘Taming the Beast,’ Untold Story of Mike Tyson, and Ed Nation Media, reaching over $100 Million in gross revenue worldwide. Mr. Prieto is currently involved in Education reform. As a lobbyist in Miami Dade County, Florida, he co-founded Dade Prep Academy and School Choice Association LLC. Mr. Prieto brings a 20-year track record of international business development, branding, and entrepreneurship. As a veteran of the United States Military, he enjoys success through integrity, commitment, and building strong community ties.
Dr. Iris De Jesus
BOARD MEMBER
Rev. De Jesus is a Board Member of Dade Prep Academy, Inc., a credit recovery secondary school. Rev. De Jesus is ordained in the State of Florida through Revelation 3:20 Missionary Ministry and Biblical Teachings, where she is an active Minister and Chaplain, and a family counselor. She is a Registered Marriage and Family Intern with the State of Florida #2154. She is a member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapy REDET and AETH. Rev. De Jesus is the Spiritual Director of Kairos International Prison Ministry, South Florida Chapter, and together with volunteers provides clinical pastoral counseling to incarcerated women. Rev. De Jesus graduated with a Doctor of Christian Counseling from Faith Theological Seminary and Christian College. She also obtained a Master of Science in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Thomas University located in Miami, Florida. Completed 400 hours of Clinical Pastoral Care at Jackson Memorial Hospital affiliated to the University of Miami & 2 additional units at the College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy. She is the Executive Vice President of Revelation University and Pastoral Care Institute working with subordinate staff.
Dr. Lisandra Prieto-Gonzalez

Dr. Prieto Gonzalez’s leadership experience began over eighteen years ago in Miami Dade County Public Schools. She holds a Doctoral Degree in Educational Leadership from American College of Education, a Master’s Degree in Guidance and Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature and Minor in Political Science from Florida International University. She brings the necessary management experience and academic pedigree to lead Dade Preparatory Academy as an educational consultant.

Mark Strickland
EDUCATIONAL CONSULTANT
Mark Strickland AKA “Pogoman” is a retired American professional basketball player who played for the National Basketball Association (NBA) for ten seasons, four which were spent with the Miami Heat. The other six years were split between Denver Nuggets, New Jersey Nets, Sacramento Kings, Atlanta Hawks, Indiana Pacers and Dallas Mavericks. In addition to playing in the NBA, Strickland played seven seasons internationally in the professional Euro leagues in; China, Dubai, Jordan, Quatar, Lebanon, France and Puerto Rico where he lead his team to a championship. Mark has studied, played and trained with Hall of Fame coaches such as; Travis Grant, John Chaney, Pat Riley, George Karl, Don Nelson and Larry Brown. With those skills Mark went on to coach high school, college, and the NBA D-League (developmental league). Through his basketball experiences Mark has taken pointers from each mentor and molded a blue print for success within professional, college, prep and high school basketball. Mark is an active member of the National Basketball Retired Players Association “NBRPA”. In 2015, Mark Strickland was the master mind behind the launch of the National Basketball Retired Players Association and Cancer Treatment Centers of America Partnership to Increase Awareness of Prostate Cancer. The National Basketball Retired Players Association (NBRPA) and Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA) are partnering to raise awareness of early detection screenings. Mark and his wife Tomi are the first family to raise awareness and funds for The Ara Initiative, a mission to provide universal access to clean drinking water to the children in the United States.
Lisa Aviles-Knight
PRINCIPAL
Mrs. Lisa Aviles-Knight serves as the Principal at Dade Prep Academy. With almost two decades of dedicated experience within the Miami-Dade Public Schools system, she has spent the last six years as an Assistant Principal, specializing in Curriculum and Instruction. Prior to that role, her journey in education began as a High School Math teacher and Science Coach. Lisa’s academic background includes an Educational Specialist Degree in Educational Leadership, a Master’s Degree in Curriculum and Instruction, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering. Her commitment lies in fostering an environment of excellence and growth for the students, staff, and the entire Dade Prep community.
Angelique Pacheco
ASSISTANT PRINCIPAL
Ms. Angelique Pacheco, with a passion for education, law, and sports, has achieved success in her professional and athletic career. With a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology from Trinity International University, a Master’s Degree in Law from Trinity Law School, and a Paralegal Diploma from Florida International University. Angelique has developed skills and focuses on strong commitment and further enhancement in her job as well as in the sports arena. In addition, her background as both a collegiate and professional tennis player exemplifies her determination, discipline, and competitive spirit. She demonstrates passion and dedication to lead Dade Prep Academy as Assistant Principal. She focuses on providing unique support and assistance to the school’s administration and ensures that parents and students receive excellent support and assistance.
