Report Misconduct

Dade Prep Academy is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment for all students. Florida law requires school employees and agents to report any suspected misconduct by instructional personnel or administrators that affects a student’s health, safety, or welfare. This includes inappropriate language or behavior, discrimination, substance use, physical aggression, sexual misconduct, or any action that compromises student well-being. All concerns are taken seriously and handled promptly and confidentially.

All individuals are also required to report suspected child abuse, neglect, abandonment, or emotional harm. If you observe warning signs or receive information suggesting a child may be at risk, report it immediately. In an emergency, call 911. To report suspected abuse in Florida, contact the Florida Abuse Hotline at 1-800-962-2873 or visit www.floridaabusehotline.gov.

If you need to report misconduct involving Dade Prep Academy personnel, please contact the school administration directly. Protecting our students is a shared responsibility, and your voice matters.
